    - Carlos Ortiz

    - Chris Harris

  • "William and his company learned about our needs, listened to us, and asked the right questions to know what we needed for our position. I'd encourage your church to use them."

  • "This was the first time a search firm has been able to help us identify the right candidate for a senior leadership role. I am grateful to the Vanderbloemen Search Group."

Eric Albert

Executive Search Consultant

Eric serves as an Executive Search Consultant at Vanderbloemen Search Group.

Originally born in South Korea, Eric was adopted as an infant and raised in Houston. He grew up in a small town church and attended Texas A&M where he studied late 18th-century literature. He and his wife, Jill, have been married almost 20 years and have three fantastic kids.

Eric has more than 22 years of pastoral ministry experience. He has served on staff at Forest Glen Christian Conference Center, The Woodlands United Methodist Church in the Woodlands, TX and most recently at Second Baptist Church in Houston, TX. He has experience in a variety of aspects of ministry including summer camps, worship planning, and teaching.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University (whoop!) and a Master of Theology degree from Liberty University.

As an Executive Search Consultant, Eric works directly with churches, guiding them through Vanderbloemen's extensive search process to find the right staff for their church. He focuses on discovering the unique DNA of the church and matching that DNA with candidates who possess the skills and gifts they need to help the church accomplish its mission.

Eric and his family reside in north Houston and enjoy family game nights, Friday night high school football games, and scrolling through Netflix to reaffirm that there is nothing to watch.
