About Erica Young Reitz

Erica has made it her mission to ensure that college students are prepared for life after college, as well as preparing educators with the resources to support them. During her 14 years in student development work, Erica founded and directed Senior EXIT, a one year program that prepares students for life after college (in areas such as managing transitions, preparing for work/career, finding community, making decisions, relating to parents/family, managing finances, and more). Through training workshops, coaching, and consulting, Erica continues to resource faculty and staff across the nation who want to equip students for life after college.
