Research shows that nearly 1,500 pastors are exited from their church each month. PIR Ministries helps exited pastors navigate vocational transition by providing a proven process of restoration within a caring and restorative environment.

Roy was a pastor for 17 years, and after his own experience with a "crash and burn," he experienced both the discipline and the grace of God through years of growth, restoration, and renewed hope. Now he daily serves pastors who are in need of a fresh dose of the message of restoration and renewal in Christ. Roy is also an ordained ruling elder and regular teacher at Grace Chapel EPC in Michigan.

William talks with Roy about:

  • Why ministry is so challenging
  • The key signs of impending burnout or moral failure
  • Ways pastors can prevent a fall
  • How church boards can help & support their pastors
  • How to communicate or recover when a pastor falls
