Foundations Church Hires Lead Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Foundations Church has an undeniably welcoming and authentic worship environment. Their mission is to bring the extraordinary life of Jesus to a lost and broken world. Through their various ministries, Foundations Church practices outreach and service in many Kingdom-building ways. It is clear that God intends to use Foundations to make an eternal impact in the Northern Colorado area. While meeting with the church, we discovered their need for a Lead Pastor that would serve as a relational leader who could inspire others and further the mission of Foundations. 

While going through our search process, our team found Grant Agler to be the perfect leader for this role. Grant has 19 years of ministry experience and is a strong vision caster. With his collaborative skills and love for community engagement, Grant is passionate about serving on leadership teams. We know that with this passion and experience, Grant will thrive as a leader at Foundations Church. 

The Agler family is excited to pour into the ministries and communities at Foundations and get involved with their new church family. Grant, his wife, and their four children are looking forward to their move from Michigan to Colorado. We are thrilled to see what is in store for Foundations Church under Grant’s leadership as Lead Pastor and are excited for the Agler family to embark on this new chapter.
