Menlo Church Hires Senior Director of Adult Ministries

MENLO PARK, California – Menlo Church in Menlo Park, California is expanding its leadership team with a key hire, with Cheryl Fletcher now serving as their new Senior Director of Adult Ministries. Cheryl will play an important role in furthering the vision of Menlo to get every interested person to take the next step in their spiritual journey, whether that’s through serving, engaging in ministries, or discipling others. 

Menlo Church serves over 6,000 people in the Menlo Park area and is part of the Evangelical Order of Covenant Presbyterians (ECO).

Cheryl joins the staff of Menlo after previously serving as Pastor to Women and Community Life and a Teaching Team member at Christian Assembly Church in Los Angeles. In her ministry career, Cheryl has had the joy of being part of doubling Life Groups throughout Christian Assembly and increasing the discipleship of women from 120 participants to over 500 women engaged in group life and spiritual formation. She also brings excellent missions, teaching, and writing experience, including implementing an international partnership with Campus Crusade in China, teaching Women’s Bible studies, and writing discipleship materials to her new role in Adult Ministries at Menlo. 

Menlo Church has a rich history that dates back to 1873 when 13 men and women founded the church. With a community of 6,000+ members, Menlo Church has six campuses up and down the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley.
