Northfield Church Hires Executive Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Northfield Church exists to love God, love people, and make Jesus known throughout the Gallatin, Tennessee area. The ministries at Northfield point to their intentionality behind building the Kingdom while recognizing that the way they love God is directly connected to the way they love people. Northfield Church is a friendly and inclusive church campus with a strong desire to impact the surrounding community in a positive, embracing manner. The church values the power of fellowship and strives to see God move in everyday circumstances.

Mike Parker has served in church ministries for 27 years. Through his years of ministry experience, he has developed strategic planning, team building, and organizational mission skills. Mike is a strong relational leader that has collaborated with many leadership teams to establish and implement the visions of numerous ministries. Mike is passionate about being a part of communities that serve the Kingdom and uplift others. We know that with these skills and his heart for ministry, Mike will be a great fit for Northfield Church.

Mike and his wife Julie are looking forward to becoming a part of the community at Northfield Church. The Parkers have a passion for the Kingdom, ministry, and mission work which drive their motivations and decisions as a family. We are excited for what is to come at Northfield as they move from Florida to Tennessee and as Mike steps into the Executive Pastor role.
